Dear all , My husband, Mark, and I travelled to Cyprus in April 2010 for treatment; you may recall as we were one of the unfortunate couples affected by the volcanic ash cloud so had to travel a week later than planned!!

Anyway, we are delighted to tell you that we had a beautiful lively and clever little boy called William on 3rd February last year - sorry it took so long to update you, it's been a bit hectic! We can't believe he is one in just two weeks!

I have included a photo of when he was first born and another more up to date one.

We want to thank you all for your help and support during a difficult and stressful time. It was worth every last strained nerve. He is our world! Anyway, back to business! Despite our permanent exhaustion(!) Mark and I have decided we would like to have another go and see if there is another angel waiting to come and join our merry crew!!

We are travelling to Cyprus for a family wedding in September this year and would like to coordinate another course of treatment at the same time if that's possible.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Very kind regards

Hi Sue,

We have taken the second test which proved to be negative!

So we have spoken to Dorothy, Sue Walker and Claire England and started to organize our second visit to Cyprus.
We would at this stage wish to thank you and Mr Gazvani for the care and support and professionalism in this difficult and emotional time of our lives.

We are very happy with the progression of our second visit to Cyprus and we feel that we do not need to see Mr Gazvani again at this stage, but will call on your support and guidance if in need.

Kind regards and best wishes

Hi to all

Apologies for the slight delay in letting you know our wonderful news! Our little boy arrived after 32 hours (!!) of labour.

I was in hospital for a few days and have been home for just over a week. All going well, so far and he is a joy.

Many thanks for all your help and support in making all this happen.

All the best x

Dear Claire and Mr Gazvani

My husband and I were recommended the UK Cypriot Fertility Association (UKCFA) by our consultant when it became apparent that we were not going to conceive without assistance. We were attracted to using the clinic because of the fact that the clinic was based in the UK, there was regular and face to face contact available where we live, we were able to select our donor, there was ‘continuity of care’ from the UK through to Cyprus and we were able to plan when we were going out to Cyprus. This enabled us to sort out time off work, flights and accommodation, which took away any uncertainty and so reduced the stress involved.

Right from the outset our contact with the clinic was efficient and helpful. Claire England got in touch as soon as our details were passed onto her and gave us lots of useful information in an easy to understand way. All our questions were answered quickly and straightforwardly. Claire was always positive and focused on success.

We were also in regular contact with Dorothy Madine in Cyprus who answered all our questions ahead the trip to Cyprus and helped us to organise everything for our stay there. Once we arrived in Cyprus, we were met by our driver who made us feel welcome and all the staff at the clinic were friendly, helpful and ensured that we were always updated on progress through daily telephone calls and explaining each step through helpful handouts and full explanations on our clinic visits. The day of the implantation was made as calm as possible and everyone made us feel like that was going to work and thankfully for us it has been successful. Our week in Cyprus also felt like a proper break. In between our two visits to the clinic we had time to relax, see the island and relax together in sun!

Our baby is due in 6 weeks time and we are really grateful for all the help and support that everyone at the UKCFA has given to us. We would have no hesitation in recommending the UKFCA to anyone who needs a helping hand in creating a family.

Love to all x

Hello Claire

Initially, my husband and I were unsure about choosing a treatment clinic abroad. I had researched various other clinics abroad, the advantage being that treatment was available immediately. We chose UKCFA because it has the best success rates. It also has a UK base with an English nurse here and in Cyprus. The most reassuring part of the experience was meeting Mr Gazvani and Claire in the UK prior to our treatment. Every query was answered, every concern we had was dealt with wholly and efficiently. They are such a professional, knowledgeable team yet at the same time are so friendly, very approachable and totally down to earth. Claire seems to be available virtually 24/7 via text, phone and email…nothing seems too much to ask.

Mr. Gazvani has a wealth of experience in the fertility field, but it is just as much his warmth and his ease with patients that instills so much trust and confidence. Our experience in Cyprus was also very positive. The fact that we were on holiday actually detracted from any anxiety felt about the procedures. The hospital in Famagusta is fabulous. Meticulously clean, spacious, airy and comfortable. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Even Dr Tekin came to the reception area to offer us some biscuits!

I would absolutely recommend the UKCFA team to anyone "unfortunate" enough to be in our position.

Take care and we will see you soon x

Dear Mr Gazvani

Originally we were looking to receive treatment in the UK and perceived other countries as being behind the UK when it came to treatments in fertility, we had toyed with the idea of using a clinic abroad as treatment costs are so high in the UK. When we were approached through our UK treatment to consider treatment abroad, we were both apprehensive and obviously the whole process is so much about high and lows that we kind of went along with process after hearing of Northern Cyprus and its success rate I asked lots and lots of questions as I was a bit sceptical, all my questions were answered fully.

We decided together to go through with our treatment abroad and found the whole process was very much hand holding all the way through, at no point did we feel that we were unsure what we had to do, or what the clinic had to do, whilst there we had a holiday this helped the success no end as me and my wife were incredibly relaxed even though we were supposed to be stressed whilst receiving treatment. We now have a beautiful son who has brought my wife and me everything we ever wanted, indeed the joy of telling my wife she was pregnant was the best moment in my life. Effectively when you leave the clinic you are pregnant!

I would highly recommend the service we received, the people of Northern Cyprus and the hand holding from the staff at the clinic and the UK representative, we have empathy with people in this situation however all we can say is it’s kind of like they take the stressful parts away and leave you to do the baby making bit, looking back it was wonderful for us both.

Hello Claire

Our twin boys were born on 1 February. Both are very well and healthy, though I feel like I have been run over by a truck, whilst my husband is completely besotted.
Having had treatment at two UK clinics previously, our experience of treatment in UK and Cyprus was totally different. Your positivity and care really made a difference. The appointments at Liverpool were relaxed and tension free and at no point did we feel we were just a number. Cyprus was initially daunting but having Dorothy guide us through from beginning to end was reassuring and completely eased our fears. I do think that without your wonderful team we wouldn't have two amazing sons,  so we cannot thank you enough.

Please pass on our sincerest thanks to Mr. Gazvani.

Dear Claire and Dorothy

Just to let you know that our beautiful son has arrived. He was born on 15 August following emergency c section.
My B.P went up in the last week of pregnancy otherwise everything was fine. He is great and we are totally enjoying being parents. We feel truly blessed by having him in our lives.
Once again a huge thank you to all the staff that supported us through this process and made it all possible.

Very best wishes to all

Dear Dr. Gazvani and Belgin,

Please forgive me for not contacting you earlier but we have wonderful news to share. Our baby son was born in Portland, Oregon during March of this year. Nathan was six months old yesterday and the first few months have been exciting as well as a time of adapting for us all.

Please would you kindly inform Dr. Tekin and the rest of the team of our wonderful news?

Thank you.

Many blessings

Hi Claire,

I hope you are well. I wanted to let you know that I had my twin boys on 10th July. They are both beautiful, healthy and weighed 5'10 and 5'5.

Thank you for everything xxx

Hi Gazvani

Thank you for the e-mail. We would like to thank everybody connected with our latest trip for the professionalism and personal service given to us. It was better than expected and seemed like a normal holiday apart from a few hours at the clinic so it worked our very well.

We will let you know the results of the test next week.

Many, many thanks

Hello Mr Kingsland

I just wanted to write and thank you for all your help and support during our treatment . We found the Cyprus clinic to be very, very good and we were very impressed. Everything went perfectly, so thank you for organising everything so well between Liverpool and Cyprus. Dorothy said our donor was very good, so we are so pleased with our choice. The doctor in Cyprus also said she was a good match and looked like me – same shape and size etc, so that was lovely to hear. I will let you know of the test result, early next week!

Hope to see you all soon. x x x

Dear Claire

Had a lovely time in Cyprus and had a wonderful experience at the clinic. Great team of people! I had 7 embryos which split into 14, 7 girls and 7 boys! I had 2 implanted (crossing fingers and toes!) 10 were good enough to freeze. I’m going away on holiday when I need to do my test so will take some pregnancy kits away with me and will let you know how it goes!

Thank you so much for all your help!

Dear Mr. Gazvani,

We are delighted to say our second daughter was born on 12th January, 6lb 12 oz and is doing really well.
Our oldest daughter has just turned 19 months on 18th January and is not too upset in having a sister.
I know we have already thanked you but please let me thank you a and your team for making our family wish come true.
I have not seen Dr. Vora since June 08, so when you are next in touch with him please give him our good news.

Take Care xxx
