Dear Mr Gazvani, Claire and Sue

When we decided to contact UKCFA it was very daunting: what was going to happen, was it trustworthy? We were very sceptical and unsure. We contacted the UK coordinater, Claire England. We had lots of information and from then and everything moved quickly and was made so easy, nothing was ever too much trouble.  We were put at ease with everything, the worries and concerns we had quickly melted. We were also put in touch with Dorothy Madine, the coordinator in Cyprus who helped us with any queries we had. We were then off to Cyprus. On arrival we were met at the airport by Mehmet, who ferried us back and forth to the hospital. Without him we would have been lost, he was most helpful.

When we were in Cyprus the procedure was excellent. It didn't feel clinical, they made us very at ease and comfortable, this also with the combination of being abroad made the whole treatment very relaxed for such a worrying and scary time. We now have healthy, adorable twins.
