"We have used the services of The Fertility Clinic (Liverpool) twice now and, very fortunately, have been successful both times. We have a 3 year old daughter, created on our first time through using the clinic, and I am currently pregnant again, using the frozen embryos from our first attempt. We have had a very positive experience both times, finding all the staff involved very professional and kind, and all aspects of the process, both in Liverpool and at the clinic in Northern Cyprus, were very well organised.We found Jemma Hand to be especially helpful and organised and very friendly, and she ensured everything ran smoothly, which I found to be a very important aspect of the ivf process. IVF is a very emotional journey and to have someone who ensured there were no organisational problems that can cause extra stress is extremely valuable, and I appreciated it very much. Having received IVF treatment elsewhere in the past and not found the same organised approach, I know the difference this alone can make.
We were under the care of Mr Gazvani both times and we remain very impressed with his professional yet friendly and relaxed and ‘human’ approach to dealing with his clients. In such emotional circumstances as IVF, it was lovely to have a consultant who showed exactly the right and appropriate attitude – kind and caring yet professional and honest when stating the facts. We most appreciated his friendliness and his genuine ongoing interest in our family that he helped to create. In fact we took our daughter along to our appointments and he was so friendly towards her and she really enjoyed her visits to see him! We felt very honoured and privileged to introduce her to him.
Once again, we were most impressed with the professionalism show by the staff at the clinic in Northern Cyprus; and they all showed the human touch by wishing us luck. We were proud to introduce our daughter to the English speaking nurse whom we had met on our first visit, and she made our daughter feel welcome and even found a children’s tv channel to help keep her entertained.
I know how very fortunate we have been to have had success on both occasions and to have had a stress-free experience but we believe this is due to the care we have received from The Fertility Clinic, and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others."
